Patrick V. Valtin is the CEO and President of Hirebox International and an internationally experienced management consultant, trainer, writer and speaker.
Over more than 36 years, Patrick has traveled to over 47 countries and trained more than 150,000 people in personnel selection, people management, sales, marketing, organization and leadership.
Patrick earned an MBA in International Business Studies from the University of Southern California. He is the founder and chairman of U-Man and a founding member of the Advisory Board for the Hubbard College of Administration International.
He is the author of Taking Off the Mask and No-Fail Hiring 2.0, and the developer of the No-Fail Hiring System. Assessments available through Hirebox have been used by more than 8,000 clients to evaluate over 40,000 applicants.
