Through decades of teaching and consulting Private Practice Owners, Craig and his executives have evolved a unique approach to helping clients acquire the skills needed to grow their practices, bring in a steady stream of new patients and increase revenues.

But we don’t load you up with a stack of reading material and send you on your way. We work with you every step of the way to make sure you get the results you are looking for.

Below you will find more details about our approach which is based on a codified management system in use around the world.

You’d never treat a patient without conducting a thorough evaluation first. The same goes for us. Before we begin training and consulting, we start with an in-depth private practice evaluation. Then we use the results to customize a program that fully addresses your practice issues.

Our major programs have two distinct components: training and interning. You first train on the management skills you need. Then, you enter the internship phase in which you acquire competence using those skills daily in your practice. But you won’t go it alone! You’ll have a weekly call with your SSI consultant for the duration of the internship which is typically five to twelve months. Problems, snags or questions are fully addressed as you proceed.

We know lots of consulting companies promise the sun, moon and stars. At SSI, we believe in putting our money where our mouth is, so to speak. That’s why we guarantee you will recover the cost of any major SSI program when you study your program materials and correctly apply what you’ve learned. In fact, it’s common for our clients to make back their investment multiple times in the first year.

We’ve seen far too many instances of clients being saddled with an endless dependence on their consultants. We call this “consultant dependency” which often benefits the consultant more than the client. That’s not how we roll at SSI. Instead, we train and apprentice you so you can ultimately manage and grow the practice on your own.
