The actual fact is; if you want employees to be happy, you have to get them to be productive. Your job as an executive is to make sure that your staff has plenty of work to do all the time. If you find that the morale is low, you need to focus all the attention on everyone working on getting actual production completed.
This takes ensuring the staff is trained to know what they are supposed to be doing. Don’t sit around and think that there is anything else you have to do in order to make your employees happy other than getting them to produce. You will find that their morale is boosted only if you get them productive. So, the motto here is; if you have unhappy employees just get them to produce.
